Hi Everyone. Just upgraded to Exchange 2003 Ent from e2k and we are unable to use message tracking
Error =

Exchange System manager
Facility WIN32
ID No: c0070005
Microsoft Exchange Management

Tried KB 323915
And my account is an Exchange full admin

Any Ideas?
