Message Tracking Centre Question

Hello there,

I have been asked to observe two peoples e-mail habits. I know how to use the message tracking centre and everything, but I am looking for a bit of a cheat.

Having run the query and obtained the results in the window, I want to capture what I have there into a file (word, excel, something like that). I know where the logs are kept, but to open a log file for each day and try to pick out the message in the Message tracker query is either a pain or impossible.

Any suggestions hugely appreciated as usual.

A bit of a cheat would be to install an 30 day evaluation version of commercially available email monitoring software, then persuade your employers to purchase it if it does the job for you?
