Hi
When an email delivers to ex2003 server the user cannot get the mail in his Outlook client. After checking, the size of the email is exceed the user’s mail limit. (per mail limit) however the tracking center log said that the mail had been stored in user mailbox.
Do you have experience in this case and please advise how to fix it.
