Message through motionless mouse...

Problem: How do I implent a message when the user positions the mouse cursor over a certain postion on the client area. I don't want a message box of course, but those little yellow boxes that pop up when the mouse is placed over a certain area and dissapear when motion is detected. Does any know how to do this through the SDK and not MFC? mlg400@blazemail.com
