Hi,

I have a PC where the user created an e-mail to sent with an attach of 30 mb.
Of course that message is never sent, but my question is how can I delete the message from the outbox?
I try to delete it with regular way, but no results.

Thanks in advance.

You can't delete it because it's in the process of sending. You could try setting your mail client to 'work offline', then it should time out sending. Then you might be able to delete it. Physically disconnecting from the network should produce the same result eventually.

What mail client is being used? There might be other possible solutions depending on which client we're talking about.

The easier way is to just unplug your internet cable and restart outlook.
then delete the large mail and reconnect your pc back to the internet.

hope this helps :)
