I am having trouble with mail being bounced back to the sender due to a size limit issue. I have verified that the size limit is not enforced on the Storage Group, the users in AD and Internet Message Format. Those are the only places in Exchange/AD that I am aware of setting size limitations.

I also run Symantec Mail Security 5.0 and XWALL for SPAM. I have looked through these applications for size restrictions as well but cannot find any.

I'm not sure what is setting the limit at 10 MB?

Isn't that the default size limit at the SMTP virtual server? Check the user mailbox, the SMTP virtual server, the SMTP connector (if you have one), and global settings.

Thanks for the link Pat. There is a little note in the section on Global settings that indicates that if you set a send and/or receive size limitation here the more strict of the two will take place. I had no receive limit but a 10MB send limit. ONce I removed this limit it worked.
