Message sitting in Advanced Queuing.

I am having this issue with messages coming from one specific address {just the one address, not the entire domain}

Tracking log shows:

SMTP: Message Submitted to Advanced Queuing
SMTP: Started Message submission to Advanced queue.



They sent a test 7 days ago and that's all it says. Why would just this one sender be stuck there? The recipient address is correct.

Is it one specific internal address then?

Is it malformed in any way / odd characters?

Have you got logging on for the smtp virtual server - if you can do that in this version which I don't have in a lab so can't check

Its from one specific external address... the recipient receives all other mail fine.

I do. I tried looking up the MX records for @ctadvantage.com but one side says "Invalid Host" and another site says 1.1.1.1.

Exchange Message tracking shows it at 7:23 am which corresponds to when the user is physically at work.
