Hi there,
One of my users has sent out one message to two people and bcc'd to around 20 people. One of the bcc addresses was wrong and we got the undeliverable message as usual. This message has since resent itself to all the people in the bcc field about 10 times! WHy is this? Can anyone help us out? Is Outlook going to try to redeliver it until all the addresses resolve?
I've been in and deleted the message from sent items but do I need to do anything else?
Am I missing something obvious?
Any help appreciated!
