Message Screener SMTP for SPAM?

I searched the forum for info but couldn't find this answer:

Has anyone used the ISA Message Screener for SMTP as a spam filter and/or can it be used for content filtering, etc? Does it allow the entry of RBL servers for filtering?

We are running Windows 2000, ISA 2000 as a dedicated firewall machine and have a spare W2K server to use as Message Server box.
