Message Retrieval

Modular Messaging 5.2

I know this is an old one, but I just forgot how to resolve it.

I have a button programmed on mulitple users phones (aut-msg-wt) as an indicator of voice mail messages in a group voice mail box. All users with this button can see there a message to in the box, allowing them to press teh button and log into teh voie mail box to pick up messages.

When they press teh button they get "Message retrieval Denied" .

What is the problem here?

Not sure but i can tell you it is in the PBX and not the MM
