Are there any Exchange 2003 settings relating to message truncating of any sort, perhaps based on message size or number of characters or other?
I'm looking to double check any possible settings that might tell Exchange to not include the entire message text for any thread. I'm getting reports that some emails say "truncated by sender" at bottom or are just missing entire sections of text at the bottom from earlier in the thread.
FYI, Outlook is set to "Include Original Message Text", but I'm not sure if Outlook is a variable.
Do any other smtp servers automaticaly truncate as they transmit by message size or other? Not sure if the issue only occurs only when sending email outside the organization at this point.
Thanks for any info you can share! I want to eliminate Exchange as the variable.
