Message recording issue

Client has a message saved in a mailbox and wants to make a recording of it.
Are there any pieces of equipment that will allow them to do so?
Is there a recording device that would work off the handset?

If you have a late enough MM Unit to install "UNIFIED MESSAGING" you can get a WAV file of each Voice Mail emailed to the user.

It's free (Software) but has specific requirements of the client's server, and some software will need to be installed there as well.

You can Google "Handset Recorder" for one of those other units.
