Message R6 Unified Messaging Issue

We use Partner Messaging R6 and unify all of our Exchange 2003 SP2 Mailboxes. Up until recently my mailbox would stay in sync with the Exchange server. If I delete a voicemail in my Exchange Inbox it should delete the message in the Partner Messaging and vice versa. Everyone elses mailbox works properly however my mailbox is the only one that does not work properly. I have tried wiping out the Partner Messaging account and setting it up again with no change. I have been watching the log file for Partner Messaging on the Exchange server and it does not mention anything about deleting the messages in my Partner Messaging Account when I delete them from Outlook. When other users delete messages from Outlook it does mention it in the log file. I have checked the permissions on my Exchange Account and they are correct allowing the service acount full access.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Do you have caching turned on in your email acct to make folders available offline? This may cause VM and Exchange server to not sync up properly.
