Message: "Class TabDlg.SSTab...was not a loaded control class."

I'm trying to open an old program and I get the message:
"Class TabDlg.SSTab of control tabEstrut was not a loaded control class.". Then when the program opens, the SSTab was gone!

I had already used the REGSRV32 with the Tabctl32.ocx but it didn't work.

Any help would be great...
