Message "Backup failed:System backup"

This is on a Partner ACS R7 with no backup card installed.
How do I clear the message on Ext 10 and 11 that reads "backup failed:System backup"

after 3 you need to press enter
enter depends where on the type set is on 10 or 11 if you have the overlay

You may also have to power cycle it after changing #123 to 3.
