Message popup to Client for printing

I got a popup message from the server to the user whenever the user finished printing a document in the server like this:

Message from AP-SIN-TS3 to CHE on 10/5/2002 AM 10:06:03

Printing Complete

"HK Proforma Invoice no wgt" printed successfully on Client\AP-HK-C04#\EPSON LQ-2180 ESC/P 2 on \\AP-SIN-TS3.

Anyone know how to disable such unuseful messager function?

Printer server properties advanced tab uncheck the notify box.

BUt what do u mean by the printer server?I am not using print server. the printer is an auto created client printer. ANd I can not find the notify field for the printer property at all. I thought this is sth related to the server setting but not only the printer.

Go to start settings printers then click on file and then server properties then the advanced tab.
