Message playback at fast speed 2

Hi, using Meridian Mail, one user, while listening to her messages pressed some keys in error. Now all her messages play at a fast speed? How can I change her messages to play at normal speed? Thanks.

pressing 2+3 whilst listening to a message, increases the speed of play, and pressing 2+1 decreases the speed.
