Message on Hold Integration 1

Mood Music (formerly Muzak) is requesting I install an AUX port to interface their MOH device to the CUCM. I thought the CUCM could only use wav files that were uploaded from an administrator or use an actual MOH server. Am I missing something?

It's called fixed music on hold integration and it's fully supported:
Option 1:
Use a Cisco USB MOH sound adapter

This will only work if you are not running on VMware (rare these days)

Option 2
Use a cisco ISR as a live feed for MOH. This is bit more cumbersome but it works.

I've done it with an E&M port on an ISR connecting to muzak.
