Use the external transfer option in your mailbox, I believe it is option 8 in mailbox admin.
Re-record your greeting to say "please dial 7 to reach my cell phone" somewhere in your greeting.

Keep in mind, your mailbox must be setup for this, from the administrators account. It is not a COS issue, just a mailbox option.

You want option 6 "remote notification"
To program a phone it may require the code #42 before the 1xxx5551212 phone number. This tell the system to wait for dialtone. We have to do that here for our T1. Also add 2 pauses to the end of the number.
