Message Notification

I was wondering why it is I have one user only who's message notification keep getting reset back to none by itself.

We have multiple people here that use it to notify them on there celies, and there's this one guy who about once a month has all his settings reset to none. Any ideas?

It's a Norstar Voicemail 3 or 4. Thanks.

could be user error. (It usually is!) Is he doing off the phone LCD or remotely from voice prompts? If you are absolutely convinced it is doing it "By Itself", try deleting the MB and set a new one up from scratch and see if the problem persists.
