Customer has PM VS Rel 4. Does this version support Message Notification and Centrex transfer?
 
I tried to activate it but it is not in the MB menu as an option that can be assigned to the MB. There is not even a "Company Directory" feature option when I set up the MB.

The system only hold 20 MB's.
 
You're right, there is no "company directory", just record that information as part of the Auto Attendant prompt.

In the system administrator's mailbox, go to mailboxes, then outcalling, assign it to the mailboxes that need to outcall. Then you will have option 6, outcalling, available from within those individual mailboxes.
