Message notification

Good morning. I can't get Unity to call my cell phone when I have a v-mail message. It seems all the parameters are correct. I tried the number to dial with and without a "9". I have it turned on and all seems correct. Any help is appreciated.

By default in Unity there is a rule that blocks outgoing calls. Also make sure you Unity ports have a Calling Search Space that allows outgoing calls.
