Message notification with Embedded Voicemail

How do I make embedded voicemail call a cell fone to notify of new messages?

This does not work for Embedded, only VMPro;

In the Source number of the user.
P<Telephone Number>
This record sets the destination for callback (outbound alert) calls from voicemail. Enter P followed by the telephone number including any necessary external dialing prefix, for example P917325559876. This facility is only available when using Voicemail Pro through which a default Callback or a user specific Callback start point has been configured. Refer to the Voicemail Pro documentation. This feature is separate from voicemail ringback and Voicemail Pro outcalling

So you options are setup VMPro or give them One-X mobile preffered.

This feature is called out calling.
It's available on IP Office Software version 7.0 or higher.
On R8 it's available on basic and essential editions.
When you are in your mailbox dial *07
