Message notification using two POOLs (tel & VOIP)

I need to have the option to have guest mailboxes set up multiple Message Notification numbers. One will use Pool 1 (Telephone Line) The other will need to use Pool 2 (VOIP).

Can message notification switch between two pools?

When you hit the intercom button you can push 9(pool 1) for the tel line and 8(pool 2) for the voip.

When I set up the guest mailboxes I set up the pool number for 1 but need it to be 1 and 2, what do I do?

You may have to set up destination codes and routes for 9 and 8, then include the 9 or 8 in the outdial string that the mbox dials. I think you will also need to set the pool to a bogus number, 3 or 4.
end result is that when the Msg notification goes out it will try to access pool 3 then when that fails the destination code for 8 or 9 will route the call to the appropriate line pool and pass the rest of the digits. JerryReeve
