Customer wants all unanswered calls to go to General mailbox, then notify every one when there is a new messgae received. All extensions have mailboxes which answer FNA, tried the multiple message notification, but stops on x221. Any suggestions. Call Pilot 3.1 on CICS R4 using m7310s. Is there an external strobe or light which could flash in office area? Can GEN Mbx call a "calling group" until answered?

I guess you could have GD, message a Hunt Group DN, that was broadcast to everyone.
