Message networking S3210 with analog ports from Cisco

Has anyone installed a Avaya message networking system with analog ports that are coming from a Cisco PBX? I have installed a lot of MNS system but this one is using ports ( analog) from a Cisco call manager. The ports will not connect on inbound or outbound calls.

If I hook the MNS to anything else analog it works fine.
