Anyone ever run in to this before.

Customer has a message networking system they use for systems that are in their company and to hook into 3 or 4 outside company's.

Problem is when they use spell by name and the database has 40,000 users they can't tell who works for what company.

So they are sending messages to user a meant for company a but it ends up at user b that works for company b as the spell by name returns 7 or 8 Bob Smith's and it does not play the mailbox number just the recorded name.

Ken,
I have not heard of this issue. Have you been able to get it resolved by now? Would like to know the resolution if possible.

No it has not been resolved as it seems it can't be done with out some kind of mod to the system.

We have tried many things and the only thing that really works is to have the users record the company name along with their name
and the customer does not like that at all. Plus the other company will also not do it.

If we could insert a node name so to speak in the MNS then that would work but they did not put that in the code.

I do know that it was suggested that it be done but it did not make it to the production version of MNS.

Also tried to just have the text name in the field as that a user from company B would always have a text to speech name but the system always pulls the recorded name no matter how you set it.

If you can think of anything let me know.

Thanks
