We have just recently converted to 5 digit dialing from 4. When we use the Directory in MM, our own subs come up ok...when looking to transfer or send a message to another sub on a different Intuity (Yes, they are networked), the address fills with the old 4 digit ext...ie: xxxx@(audix machine name). The message fails approx 2 days later and returns to sender. How do I go in each machine and change how this happens?
