message manager Password Reset

I just changed intuity audix servers and the new has a different password. I have message manager set up on a client that pulls voicemails. The problem I have is how do I reset the pw in message manager on the client to match the new audix server. I see the option on the client for the password but it is greyed out.

the "password" is the users password, you can do a "change sub xxxx" in audix and manually change it... however, the user needs to know what it is, if they need to manually login to their mailbox.

I thought that too.....but they manualy enter the password for the mail box and it is correct because I can get the voicemails using my phone. But when we enter the password in message manager it comes back saying it is the incorrect password.

Sounds like your audix needs a reboot then, there is only 1 password, if you can login manually, mm should also be able to login, unless, you have the wrong password stored in the MM setup.
