Message Manager Error

I am getting a Invalid error message when trying to log into message manager. There shouldn't be any problems with the network because I am using a dumb switch. I am connecting to a IP600 r10. I have set up the maximum number of imapi sessions available and the subscriber has the correct fields set to y. Anybody seen this type of error or have any suggestions that can point me in the right direction. I have got message manager working on a definity ecs with a intuity map5 but the IP600's intuity has many differences to the standalone unit. Can't find too much documentation on this. Any help appreiciated!!

Did you ever find a resolution to this problem? I'm having a similar one myself..

In the Change machine screen in the intuity, make sure there is nothing in the prefixes field.
