We have an issue with only one phone where when the user listens to her message and the message light will not go out.Have added a key to the phone so user can manually turn off the light but looking for a fix so she doesn't have to manually turn light off. This is a Nortel Option 11 using an Avaya Modular Messaging voice mail system. Have tried putting phone on different TN , also deleted and rebuilt the mailbox and rebooted the Modular Messaging server. This is a 3904 phone that only has her phone number on it. Any Ideas ?

So it turns it on fine I assume ?
How is the user listening to the message ? Does the OHV show that it is or is not trying to turn it off ?
