Message Light on, no messages, wont go off

Hello,
My customer has a kx-tda100 system and on one of their kx-t7633 the message light wont go out even though the user has no messages. I only have basic knowledge on this system and can't figure out what might be the problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

could be an extension that lit it, press message button with the handset down and press transfer to clear one by one, or dial *700 and own extension number and it will clear any message waiting for that phone
