Have a NEAX 2400 IVS and using Zeacom. Have a dterm phone with message light flashing. I have read through the posts on this sight and have tried most everything but light keeps flashing and no messages in box. Have tried deleteing mailbox and putting back, left message deleted message, *9, *33 and no luck. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Nortel and Avaya guy here but recently thrown into NEC world.

The light will have been turned on by another user leaving a message (Feature called Dterm to Dterm messaging). To find out the cancel code you will have to interrogate the system. see the FAQ here.....

See A46 to A49 in the features list.

Thanks for the help and links. Went through all the feature codes and did not find one for A46-A49 Guess I need to program a feature code.

You mentioned that your system is NEAX 2400 IVS, I assume you mean NEAX 2000 IVS. If you said you have no messages within the Zeacom for this extension, a number of things could cause the light to be on. The most obvious is VMail, then there is a feature called Call back,
With in command 200, check to see what the access code is for A003 = Call Back cancel, If that does not do the trick then look for A146 which is Message Waiting/Search and A147 which is Message Waiting/Retrieve. Using these last 2 codes will show you where the message is from and will let you remove it via the display. Perform all these attempts on the phone with the issue.

I am going to correct this, for an IVS the codes should be A03, A46 and A47, The IVS uses 2 digits vice the IPS uses 3 digits as I stated above, Everything else is the same. Sorry for an confusion.
