I'm working with a Legend 7.0 equipped with a 4-port Messaging R2.5 module. There is a single extension that the MWL will not light for new messages. Here is what I have done so far:
-Verified hunt type as Linear
-Verfied group as Integrated VMI
-Checked that members of VM group are in ascending order
-Verified ext. in group are rotary enabled
-Rebuilt Mailbox-no Fix
-Refresh MWL udate-No Fix
-Clear MWL update-No Fix
-Reset VM Module-No Fix
-Did manual light activate(#54)-Lamp lit up
-Swapped phone with known working set. Problem stayed with jack (non-working lamp worked at new location)

I checked the error log and am getting code 0c03(all ttrs unavailable) almost daily and all of them right at about 3pm.

At this pint I'm not sure what else to try.

In the voicemail system, is the extension set up as "Has a phone"?

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.

That was it Dexman on the MWL issue. Thanks

Any ideas as to why the 0c03 error may be happening at the same time everyday? There's nothing special about that time from a client standpoint.

The error logs at between 2:58pm & 3:01pm everyday for almost the last 2 months.

I am coming up with 12 TTR's based on the below system inventory.

Card TTR's
3-408MLX 0
1-400 4
2-008MLX 0
1-008OPT 2
2-012 4 (2+2)
1-100D 0
1-016MLX
Messaging- 2

They do not use account codes or delay announcement devices so the only real TTR need is the 4-port VM module. They also only use single line sets for some guest phones.

Unfortunately I am remote from the site so I have to go off what they are telling me they use.

Have you tested the TTRs for any defective ones? That can be done remotely if you have Remote Access on the system available.

....JIM....

In regards to the "code 0c03(all ttrs unavailable)" happening around 3:00 AM every day, that is a NON ISSUE!

It happens when the system does an "AUDIT", which it does every day around 3:00 in the morning, and it really means nothing.
