U can look at your lwc codes in 'display feature'. And use these codes to try and turn on the light with thouse. If u can, then at least u know the light works on the phone and u can look at the set up of the station and the subscriber.

I had this same problem. If you have the station setup/configured right, try this command:
Example: clear amw all 1500
Note: 1500 is the extension number with the problem message light.
