Hi

When there is a message in a mailbox with a T7316 the indication MESSAGE at the screen come up but not the red light on the top of the screen. Is there anything I can do for that. It's an MICS 7.1 with as I remember a NAM voicemail.

id plug another phone into the same jack and see if the mwi comes on with a phone that you know works.

May be even check the correct phone type...

If I recall correctly, 7316 won't light the message light (it emulates a 7310). It must be 7316e with at least 6.1 software.
