if i have a voicemail message my message key lights up and if i press it, it is dialling 6550, which used to go to our nupoint voicemail system, now the number of our nupoint has changed to 895000. How can i change the message key to dial 895000 instead of 6550 other that adding a speed dial 6550=>895000)in

6550 is being rerouted from a HCI reroute hunt group for the MWI
check the call re-routing always value of 6550 is set to and search through the call rerouting assignment to see which numbers it is assigned to.
You may need to check through your hunt groups for a MWI hunt group
Once you have found the HCI group change the CRA number to 895000
