We have an Octel sierra v.m. box and are starting to have trouble with the following situation:when a customer accesses their mailbox they will hear:the following message will be deleted from your mailbox your message from an outside caller was sent dd/mm/time im sorry the message
is currently unavailable please try again later to replay this message press 4 to continue press#.
Does anybody know of how to fix this issue without having to delete the mailbox and rebuild it.
complaints seem to be with type 0 mailboxes

There is nothing wrong with the mailbox. Deleting, then adding it back is not going to fix the problem. You probably have an issue with one or more of the message drives, or possibly the message file card. When the system can't read the message from the message drive(s) that message is played.
