We have an Octel sierra v.m. box and are starting to have trouble with the following situation:when a customer accesses their mailbox they will hear:the following message will be deleted from your mailbox your message from an outside caller was sent dd/mm/time im sorry the message
is currently unavailable please try again later to replay this message press 4 to continue press#.
Does anybody know of how to fix this issue without having to delete the mailbox and rebuild it.
