Message Is truncated when arriving on the destination queue

Greetings

Can anyone suggest a explanation for the following:

I am sending messages (18000 chars in length) from AS400 to AIX platforms. When I rerieve the messages from the destination queue, the end of the message is missing.
I have checked the obvious things, such as message lengths on the queue and queue manager.

Any help will be gratefully received.

Hi John,

Check whether you are specifying MQGMO_ACCEPT_TRUNCATED_MSG in the Get Message options, if yes, remove and try out your program again.
