message in voicemail

I have a customer that is getting a message in there mailbox which is please hang up and try your call again. She says it is only happenning durning the hours of 2:00am and 3:00am and on the weekends. Does anyone know what would be causing this.. Please help

Are they getting the message everyday? Is the system reseting at that time for some odd reason? Check the disconnect supervision on the lines. You could have one line that is not disconnecting.

Maybe the telco sends out a test ring on the main number and the auto attendant grabs the line immediately causing the voicemail to record the telco message? Brian Cox
