Message headers cannot be printed

I have a user who get's the following message when trying to print a message, he does have the preview pane up:
Message headers cannot be printed. Download the complete message and then print.
I have tried going into page setup and changing from letter to A4 with no luck. Any ideas?

I had a user (Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2000) who when printing emails didn't get the headers printed, no error message, they just weren't there.

I solved it this way: Opened Outlook - File - Page setup - Define Print Styles - Memo - Reset.

All emails printed after that came complete with headers.

Not sure if this will apply but when people are moaning for results, it might be worth a try.
