I have several users with Outlook 2k3 in Cached Exchange Mode getting these errors in the sync log

I can access the inbox via webmail or by turning off cached exchange mode and delete the messages but cannot view them. No headers, no preview...nothing.
We run Symantec Mail Security on the mail server and SAV client on the machines all with current def files.
Has anyone out there seen this and have a working solution?
