Yesterday we had a whole-office e-mail that only one of our employees did not receive. I've looked at the message headers and the ee's address looks fine there; I've checked the ee's computer and their e-mail is working other than receiving that one message; and I've checked the sender's computer and the ee's address is correct in their contact list. Does anyone else have a suggestion for what I can try next?

We're using IMAP on MailEnable with Outlook 2003 clients.

Could there be some mail rules acting upon the message in a way that wasn't intended?

The employee does not have any rules set up (they're pretty new), but I am unsure if there are any rules on the server that could have gotten in the way.

Try sending another message from the original sender to the non receiver.

The answer is "42"

It works every time. They are in the same department, so they e-mail each other frequently with no problems.

I've looked at the message headers
Which means it's going over SMTP out on the Internet. Are there any delivery receipts?
