how do i enable the message forwarding rule.

Either through desktop messaging S/W or through My CallPilot.

Depends what version of CP your running.

In CP4 you have to use MyCallPilot, no way around it.

In CP5 its configured in through CP Manager

In CP4 you can also use the Desktop Messaging S/W loaded onto a PC to enable the rule. Configuration of the rule can be performed either in My CallPilot or in CP Manager but can only be enabled through My CallPilot or the Desktop Messaging S/W.

After configuring the rule in CP Manager, you can dial 8 0 4 1 to turn it on when logged into the mailbox.
