Here's out environment

'Office A' uses the phone number 1-(area code)-298-xxxx (where xxxx is the users extention)

'Office B' uses the multiple phone numbers 1-(area code)-917-xxxx, 1-(area code)-969-xxxx and 1-(area code)-969-xxxx (where xxxx is the users extension)

We can also dial 6 digit internal dialing. So for 'Office A' we dial 23xxxx and for 'office B' we dial 24xxxx (where xxxx is the users extention)

The problem.

I've discovered that within CallPilot, the option to enable/disable the 'Message Forwarding Rule' will only appear for the users in 'Office A' of they specify 1-(area code)-298-xxxx. It will not appear if they use the internal 6 digit 23xxxx.

In 'Office B' the option to enable/disable the 'Message Forwarding Rule' will only appear for the users if they specify 1-(area code)-917-xxxx. It will not appear if they use 1-(area code)-969-xxxx, 1-(area code)-969-xxxx.

Ideally we'd like all of the offices to just use the internal dialing 23xxxx as the number within CallPilot.

Has anyone got any idea's as to why this isn't working?

Many thanks, Mike
