Message Forwarding question

A customer has a new Blackberry and we can't get Message Forwarding to work. It keeps giving a message that says, "NVM Boundary". Has anyone seen this?

When researching this fraze it means Non volatle Memory and the boundry is how much it can save. It looks like it could do with the addressing and the bits.
