hi Carl, regarding Swift-mp3 for flash conversion. I've tried emailing but I'm still on holiday and having a problem sending emails. Contents of my reply:
Still on holiday, so I don't have a speaker set up at the minute and can't hear anything to see if it is workin.
I can get the swf conversion simply by placing the swiftmp3.exe file in the root of my c-drive and then just following the instructions at the end of the instructions file supplied, ie: type:
swiftmp3 -out song.swf -spectrum 1 "My song.mp3"
...at the command prompt. Don't want to attempt an online test at the minute, seems a bit too risky without having the capability to listen. Tried importing the converted swf into a flash movie to check for the variables which are supposed to appear, but found nothing. Don't know what is wrong with it at the minute.
Will have a closer look next week when I go back to the office.
Maybe someone else will have more joy with it.
Take it easy
