Message Filtering Question in Exchange 2000

In Exchange 5.5 you were able to update the turf table to add domains that you were trying to block and it was very easy to do.

Does anyone out there know where the addresses that you enter into the message filtering in Exchange 2000 go to in the registry? I have looked everywhere in the registry and cannot seem to locate it.
