Message Diversion

TSE 4.0 with Now SP7, when programming an absent code on an IP extension, and calling that extension from another IP extension, the call is diverted to the NOW console correctly but it’s missing the phone number and the absent code (message diversion information), it looks like the caller called the operator directly, any ideas?

Did you use the same settings in an ealier TSE (3.2), with success?

Yes, a lot of changes in the commands structure but it is the same, from the CMG side it exactly the same, from the MX-One just the new MGU and same data base as in a working TSE 3.2 environment
