We have an InAttend that uses CMG directory. The CMG is connected to TSE with message diversion integration. When we set the message diversion on the phone. We can not see the activity on InAttend client. However, if we do the setting using Quick (we have tested using CMG blustar web office interface), we can see that activity on InAttend client. And we can also modify or delete it using InAttend client.
